Our wide range of services is available to support you to manage your home, health, wellbeing, and independence. Below is a list of our most common services, along with the fees:

Personal Care

Whether you need assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, or mobility, our VIVA people are here to provide professional, compassionate and dignified support.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $112 per hour
Non-Standard Hours (7pm – 9pm): $121.60 per hour
Saturday: $150.40 per hour
Sunday: $189.87 per hour
Public Holidays: $229.33 per hour

Medication Support

We assist with managing your medications to ensure they are taken safely and correctly.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $112 per hour
Non-Standard Hours (7pm – 9pm): $121.60 per hour
Saturday: $150.40 per hour
Sunday: $189.87 per hour
Public Holidays: $229.33 per hour

Nursing Care

Our qualified, specialist nurses provide In-Home care, including wound management, health assessments, nutrition, and chronic disease management.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $160 per hour
Saturday: $214.86 per hour
Sunday: $271.24 per hour
Public Holidays: $327.62 per hour

Domestic Assistance

From housekeeping to meal preparation, our Domestic support service ensure your home remains a clean and comfortable environment, without the stress of all the chores.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $105 per hour
Saturday: $141 per hour
Sunday and Public Holidays: N/A

Gardening

Our Gardening services keep your outdoor space maintained, so you can enjoy your garden without the physical effort.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $105 per hour
Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: N/A

Respite

We all must look after ourselves so we can support others. VIVA Mutual’s In-Home Respite service enables a stress-free break for you and your loved one, while ensuring your person receives the friendly and professional support and care they deserve.

Standard Hours (6am – 7pm): $112 per hour
Non-Standard Hours (7pm – 9pm): $121.60 per hour

Flexible Management Options

At VIVA Mutual, we offer flexible care management options to suit your needs:

Care Management (Fully Supported)

Our team will manage your care plan, coordinate services, and provide ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly, so everyone can focus on living the lives of their choosing.

Care management pricing is set at 10% of your Support at Home budget as prescribed by the Federal Government

Standard Hours (Monday to Friday): $150 per hour

Travel with Clients

If our team accompanies you to appointments or activities, travel is charged at a per-kilometre rate, which will be confirmed after we learn more about where you’re located.

Allied Health Services

We offer a range of allied health services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, and occupational therapy and others.

Recommended specialists and fees are available after we learn your requirements.

Prior to VIVA I had worked in several different industries, but self-management was entirely new to me. When I learnt about the Burtzoorg Model, I was excited but very nervous about how I would cope with a new work style. My dad even asked me if I would be okay and was worried it would be overwhelming for me. I told him that I had the same fear, but I was willing to give it a go. Since working in self-managed teams, I never want to go back to the regular system we all know. My favourite part about the Burtzoorg Model is that I am growing every day, and I now work in a collaborative space where I can share my ideas freely with my colleagues which encourages me to be more engaged and connected in my workspace.

I can’t thank you all enough for the huge effort you’ve all put in to get everything to come together so quickly for Michael to move into his new home today. To be able to arrange delivery of furniture, lifters etc, have a removalist move his bed, coordinate all the plans that need to be prepared and liaise with his GP practice and the hospital and onboard staff and all the other things I haven’t listed, in such a short time frame and so close to Christmas is amazing.

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for coming on our short break to help out with my brother. Having new experiences, like the Wildlife Park will be important in future as well as having quality time at home. I thought you and Joe made a great team, friendly, kind and compassionate.
